Our reason for the trek… Girls’ Empowerment, Nepal
Seven years ago, this began with just 40 girls in rural Nepal. Forty girls who wanted safety, dignity, and the chance to choose their own future.
Today, that same Girls’ Empowerment Programme has reached more than 27,000 girls across Nepal, protecting them from early marriage, trafficking and abuse, and giving them education, leadership development and the confidence to stand tall in their communities.
In 2026, we go back into the Himalayas for a defining fundraiser and trek. The funds raised will complete the project that has grown from the heart of the programme itself: the Girls’ Empowerment Centre. Construction is already well underway — this campaign will finish it.
When it opens, the Centre will be a permanent safe haven — a place where girls can learn, grow, and build futures free from fear. A place built not just with bricks, but with belief, collaboration and seven years of transformation.
This is the moment where the journey comes full circle.
This trek will finish what we started — and change generations of girls’ lives.
