ACCURO 2025 ANNUAL REPORT
FOREWORD
It has been an exceptionally busy year for Accuro funded projects, both completed and under construction. The reach of the work continues to grow with a blend of building projects and in person programs.
We have completed projects in Thailand and Peru and we have broken-ground on our first ever project in Bangladesh along with our 2nd project high in the Peruvian Andes.
Something particularity special in 2025 was to sit in a room and talk with girls from all 3 cycles of the Girls’ Empowerment Program. To see just how far the girls from the early days have come, but also to see just how much inspiration and guidance they provide the girls at the start of their journey, it was truly beautiful and I couldn’t be prouder of the girls or the program.
It was a fantastic year and things certainly don’t seem to be slowing down, all entirely down to the trust, generosity and support of Accuro.
Accuro projects have assisted well over 100,000 people now, quite the journey from working on our first project together 8 years ago with a little under 40 girls.
With many thanks as always

OUR PROJECTS
GIRLS’ EMPOWERMENT CENTRE
Our Girls’ Empowerment Centre is nearing completion. The centre is already in use daily.
The building is looking incredible and in November 2026 will see the official opening of the centre. The community is electric with excitement, particularly the girls.
We have artists from around the world who will visit and stay in the volunteer accommodation throughout 2026 to paint murals and install music and podcast stations so the girls can launch businesses and learn from talented people from all over the world.
This centre will act as a hub to connect these young women to a world of opportunity. It’s going to be very exciting to see the next phase of the girls’ journeys.
THE HOPE SCHOOL - MAE SOT THAILAND
The Hope school is complete.
A beautiful new centre for hundreds of children who were previously at risk of losing all access to a safe education. The kids are absolutely amazed by their new building, it really is a beacon of hope and happiness for these children that have been through so very much.
A life changing project that will serve thousands of Burmese migrant children for decades to come.
Colour scheme chosen by the kids!
TAK SCHOOL (PARAHITATHOO) THAILAND
Our school in Tak, Thailand was complete in late 2025, it is a beautiful building that utilised repurposed materials from the Paris Olympics.
These children who have often been through severe trauma now have a beautiful, happy and above all safe space to learn and play. The kids are very excited to know that they are learning under the roof built from the materials that served their Olympic heroes in Paris.
We also had a team of volunteers who are professional playground builders fly over and build the children a brand new playground, many of the kids had never been on a slide before, so a little training was necessary!
NUTRILEARN (PREVIOUSLY CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAM)
Our Nutrilearn Program continues to go from strength to strength. We continue to feed thousands of children their daily mid-day school meal as well as reaching more and more schools and communities with our training and sustainability support.
Below is a snapshot of a quarter from last year, you will see that a great deal goes on every month and our reach continues to grow. This project has grown beyond that which we thought was possible and has spread much further geographically than the area of focus than we ever could have ever hoped for.
GIRLS’ EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Our Girls’ Empowerment program has quite literally changed the course of tens of thousands of girls lives across the entire county of Nepal and it continues to grow.
Through our media coverage and word of mouth the reach is constantly expanding, the program has become an example in Asia of what is possible, with the team and original girls now advising international NGOs working in Asia on their projects working in female empowerment.
Below is an example of just one standard month of work. Everything that happens in the workshops and meetings has a ripple effect when the information, learning and knowledge is taken back to the girls’ families, villages and communities.
Another hugely successful, productive and fun year for these amazing young women.
GREEN HEROES, SACRED VALLEY, PERU
Our initial Eco-learning centre in Peru continues to be a resounding success giving well over 5000 children a remarkable learning experience in the first year alone. The project has ignited huge change in the area particularity in the children’s attitude to the environment.
Projects like this are what is going to make lasting significant change throughout the Sacred Valley and could not be more poignant at this time. A truly wonderful project serving thousands of children high in the Peruvian Andes who in turn go onto to support the environment itself.
Our next project is underway…we have concluded the first few months of work, a huge irrigation pond has been installed, the land has been terraced and we have planted about 90 fruit trees. This was all before the rainy season arrived late last year. We will continue work in late Feb/early March.
CASITA HURRAN, SACRED VALLEY, PERU
Working once again in the Sacred Valley, not far from our ECO-projects we completed much needed beautiful and safe dormitories that had been promised to these deeply underprivileged children for so long by NGOs. The kids love their new space.
The team put together a little end of year update where you can read about their day to progress and meet each of the children that have been through the centre.
The difference this project makes to the individual children’s lives is immeasurable. Below are the photos of the new dorm along with an update from the team.
BANGLADESH
Our brand new school building in Bangladesh is really moving along. It was a slow and difficult start, working in an entirely new country and in an incredibly remote area.
We struggled initially with local bureaucracy and security, but we are now fully entrenched in the local community and work is well underway. We have learned a lot in this process in Bangladesh and we have made some very helpful new contacts to assist us with this project and potentially many more to come.
It has certainly been worth the effort, along with building a school unlike any other in the area, we have become a learning hub for engineers and architects to gather knowledge to replicate our style of eco-friendly and safe, weatherproof construction else where in the region.
We have been working with a local university and numerous other organisations, sharing knowledge and best practices.
The knock on effect of this project will far exceed the already huge impact it will make to the direct beneficiaries.
A TREK FOR NEPAL
Late last year an organisation called Last Night a DJ saved my life offered to support our Girls’ Empowerment Centre. They are prolific fundraisers and a truly wonderful organisation.
This year they will be taking around 100 individuals from the music industry on a 10 day trek deep into the Nepalese Himalayas to host a full moon party at 17,000ft at one of the highest lakes in the Himalayas.
Each participant will be raising sponsorship for the centre which will see us complete by November, in time for the team to return from their trek and visit the centre to officially open its doors.
They will also be supplying long term support in the arts for the girls, opening up yet more opportunities for these brave young women.
ON TO 2026…
WITH MANY THANKS AS ALWAYS
